2 - Do you still sell ink and toner cartridges?
Yes. We continue to supply inkjet and laser toner cartridges for most major printer brands, along with related print supplies and support services.

Yes. We furnish offices, educational facilities, municipal and state government spaces, healthcare environments, training rooms, reception areas, and collaborative workspaces across New York State.

Yes. We can assist with workspace planning, furniture selection, layout optimization, and project coordination to help create functional, efficient environments.
5 - Do you deliver and install furniture?
Yes. Buffalo Rapid Refill offers delivery, assembly, and professional installation services throughout New York State.

We represent multiple furniture and workplace solution manufacturers through New York State OGS contracts, including OFGO Studio, Tayco, AIS, Nightingale, Raynor, KFI Studios, Three H, Trinity Furniture, JSI, PS Furniture, MergeWorks, and others.
7 - What is Max-R and what solutions do you provide?
Through our partnership with Max-R, we provide customized waste and recycling stations, sustainability-focused site furnishings, and recycling program support for offices, campuses, public facilities, and commercial environments.
8 - Do you offer cartridge recycling?
Yes. We continue to offer cartridge recycling solutions for used ink and toner cartridges to help reduce landfill waste and support environmentally responsible printing practices.9 - Can government and educational organizations purchase through NYS OGS contracts?
